Verification of Documents (CSV)

The Secure Verification Code (CSV in the Spanish acronym) is a code made up of numbers and letters that appears in the left-hand margin of the first page of certain official documents issued by the Senate, such as the General Administration Register’s proofs of submission of written documents.

The Secure Verification Code should be handled with due caution with regard the document’s recipient, given that communicating it to third parties will allow them access to the document’s content.

If you have in your possession a hard copy of one such document, by entering its Secure Verification Code you may download the original document in electronic format, and check the authenticity of the hard copy version.
